1. Introduktion

MediSkill ApS (CVR no. 42753505) is a provider of healthcare educational management software, founded by Martin Lawaetz, specialist in vascular surgery, and Søren Cedervall. We develop and provide digital tools for competency development, documentation, and quality assurance, primarily targeted at healthcare professionals and educational institutions.

2. Accept af vilkår

By creating a user account or using MediSkill's website and services, you accept these Vilkår. If you act on behalf of an institution, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

3. Ydelsernes omfang

MediSkill provides a digital platform that enables registration, tracking, and documentation of professional competencies. The service is a supplement to – and not a replacement for – existing educational and quality assurance processes in the healthcare sector.

4. Brugerkonto og adgang

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. MediSkill may suspend or delete accounts in case of suspected misuse.

5. Pris og betaling

Pricing is arranged through a specialised offer tailored to the scope of use. All details regarding payment terms, pricing, and any applicable taxes are specified in the signed agreement (the offer).

6. Opsigelse og ændringer

Rights of cancellation, termination, and any changes to the agreement are detailed in the signed specialised offer.

7. Datahåndtering ved ophør

Upon cancellation or termination of the agreement, all personal data will be fully anonymised. Only metadata may be retained for research purposes in compliance with applicable law.

8. Privatliv og personoplysninger

MediSkill processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish data protection legislation. Our separate privatlivspolitik provides full details on how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data, including your rights as a data subject.

9. Immaterielle rettigheder

All content on the platform (software, design, texts, etc.) is owned by MediSkill or our partners. You are granted a non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with the agreement.

10. Ansvarsbegrænsning

MediSkill provides tools for documentation and learning. We do not guarantee that the platform meets specific regulatory or accreditation requirements unless expressly agreed in writing.

MediSkill is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Ændringer

MediSkill reserves the right to amend these Vilkår. Material changes will be notified to active users via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

12. Lovvalg og værneting

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts, with venue at the court in Copenhagen.
